Summary
This is a wooden checklist to make sure you children have what they need before going out the door. It is made out of 3mm plywood, card board. There are 3 layers of plywood and a layer of cardboard to add space for the answers to slide.

Material used
This project is made from Home Depot utility plywood. I cut each 12" row into 12.5, 16.5 sizes leaving a 19" piece. The card board is a cereal box because that was all I could find to add a little space but not too much.
